In conjunction with encouragement, liberty (supporting free course) is a love contribution towards equitable (just) crusades (reforming expeditions) with willingness being a core substance within the love. What's true love without willingness? The same with the movement of God through his (God's) spirit. God's justness and movement is self-sufficient (identified in the Creative Ages and thereafter), however, one's expressed willingness of encouragement and support of free course (liberty) towards the spirit of God is their true loving contribution towards the spirit of God and his (God's) crusades (reforming expeditions.)
