"Evaluate dependencies related to expectations" ~ Author Charles L. Robinson Jr.

When a person(s) has expectations, it's common to be dependent on evaluations related to expectations inorder to fulfill expectations. Examples for clarity purposes: Parents focus on evaluating their parenting skills and decisions to fulfill rearing expectations. Corporations depend on piloting programs to strategically fulfill expectations of various goals. Athletes count on practicing for evaluation of skill sets to fulfill expectations of performance. Parents, corporations, and athletes expectations can be fulfilled without depending on evaluations. However, undeniably, evaluating dependencies (focuses and count on's) related to expectations is sound practice. So sound that when expectations are challenged, a first common recourse is evaluation.

Now that I have brought clarity to the principle of dependencies regarding expectations, this principle (biblical) also pertains to spiritual things (matters.) Spiritual outcomes have some related dependencies such as sharing the word of God and praying amongst believers, other experiences related to spending time with believers, and experiencing Christian ordinances. Great spiritual outcomes can still happen without these dependencies, however, it's undeniably solid practice (even biblically recommended.) The early church (believers) possessed dependencies related to their expectations. The man at the gate of the temple possessed dependencies related to his expectations.

Today's devotion is a loving encouragement to take time and evaluate your dependencies related to your expectations. Remember, your great expectations-outcomes can happen without evaluating your dependencies, however, it's sound practice (even biblically recommended) for you to possess dependencies related to your expectations. God bless you and your families. Have an amazing day!

"And they continued stedfastly in the apostles doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. And fear come upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles" Acts 2:42-43

"And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them. And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God" Acts 3: 5,8
