This week is an issue that I personally think about just as much as any issue day to day that's commonly triggered by life experiences day to day. I'm not sure how much you think about this issue day to day, but the Holy Bible amongst other issues has made this specific issue very clear through it's written word established thousands of years ago that you (and I) should be aware of it. Not only aware of the issue but to take action(s) toward the issue to be fulfilled. The issue is: Are you helping God, through Christ Jesus, not to be trodden on-trampled on? Below are some questions that I personally think about often that's on my heart to share with you for the purpose to identify and hopefully greater personally manage this issue:
1) From personal experiences, what relevant, practical, and applicable ways is God being trampled on? Keeping in mind that what's allowed, disallowed, believed in, and not believed in through day to day spoken words and physical actions represents if he (God through Christ Jesus) is being trampled on.
2) In the midst of day to day spoken words and physical actions, have you been consumed with the actual surficial spoken words and physical actions not thinking about the rooted disposition of God potentially being trampled on? If so, what is it about the surficial spoken words and physical actions that distracts you from thinking about the rooted issue of God being trampled on? Examples of distractions: Your feelings (your flesh and not the spirit) about the surficial spoken words and physical actions; Your interest that may be opposite of God's interest pertaining to the nature of surficial spoken words and physical actions; Consequences that you may be subject to if you stand for God not to be trampled on, etc.
3) On your personal behalf unto God through Christ Jesus (because it's the responsibility of true believers), what can you do to greater help God from not being trampled on?
God bless you and your families. I hope that you have a wonderful week and please share this devotion with someone else(s) for the purpose of being conscious and taking action towards expressing their love for God, contributing (not defying) God's through Christ Jesus kingdom come and will be done on the earth as it is in heaven, and God receiving the immense measure of love that he deserves.
Matthew 5:13
