Hello, My ECP Family and whoever else finds this message. In today's biblical thought, it's on my heart to encourage you to "believe in yourself". Keep in mind, that when "you believe in yourself", the focus on "you" doesn't necessarily discredit God, doesn't necessarily dishonor God, or doesn't necessarily stop God being in the forefront (being first and foremost.)

Remember this: "Doing your part" is the same as saying "Believing in yourself". It's very common to think "I have to do my part" in combination with "God doing his part". With that being said, if "doing your part" is the same as saying "believing in yourself", then it's very ok to start commonly thinking "I have to believe in myself" in combination with "God doing his part" rather than always thinking from the saying of "I have to do my part" in combination of "God doing his part". You can trust this thought process being biblical truth and not mere human philosophy or mere jumble. How can you trust this thought process being biblical truth? Because "believing in yourself" (doing your part) equates to factors that are separate of God being the ultimate source with ultimate abilities but does not discredit God being the ultimate source with ultimate abilities. Look, God has been, is, and always will be the ultimate source with ultimate abilities. However, undeniably, with God always being the ultimate source with ultimate abilities, there is still lack (biblically proven) in circumstances. Why is there still lack in circumstances at times even when God is always the ultimate source with ultimate abilities? It's not because God changes from being the ultimate source with ultimate abilities, lack in circumstances can happen at times due to humanity (man) not doing his or her part in circumstances (i.e. - lack can happen at times because man not believing in him or herself in circumstances.) For example: man has to believe in taking necessary initiative; man has to believe in applying necessary applications; man has to buy into (trust in) specific factors -etc. which all equate to "separates" of God still being the ultimate source with ultimate abilities but not discrediting God being the ultimate source with ultimate abilities.

So, the conclusion of this matter is that there is a such things as "It's on you, so believe in you" in the midst of God always being the ultimate source with ultimate abilities. Therefore, be very confident in the concept of "believing in yourself" and the concept of "believing in yourself" being biblically sound doctrine that does not discredit God, does not dishonor God, or does not misappropriate God being in the forefront (first and foremost.) Heck, when you really think about it, God even wants you to "believe in yourself'. He (God) wants you to take the necessary initiative, apply the necessary actions, and buy into (trust in) specific factors that equate to "it's on you" complimenting-accompanying him (God) always being the ultimate source with ultimate abilities. "Jesus looked at them and said, 'with man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible" Matthew 19:26 (This illustrates God still being the ultimate source with ultimate abilities while man-humanity illustrates potential lack.)

"I can do all this through him who strengthens me" Philippians 4:13 (This illustrates God still being the ultimate source with ultimate abilities with man's-humanities potential lack but man still doing his or her part, man still believing in him or herself.)

"Then Saul dressed David in his own tunic. He put a coat of armor on him and a bronze helmet on his head. David fastened on his sword over the tunic and tried walking around, because he was not used to them. 'I cannot go in these' he said to Saul, 'because I am not use to them'. Then he took his staff in his hand, chose five smooth stones from the stream, put them in the pouch of his shepherd's bag and, with the sling in his hand, approached the Philistine". 1 Samuel 17:38-40 (This illustrates not discrediting other options meaning Sauls option was not disrespected. Saul was ok with David believing in himself representing David taking necessary initiative, applying necessary doing, and buying into (trusting in) the specific factors opposite of Sauls initial suggestion. It was about David believing in himself in the circumstance combined with the proposition of believing in Israel's God.)
